Friday we watched the Royals beat the Cardinals, with the help of Pulsifer and Gisele. Enjoyed Waldo Pizza (best pizza in the universe [suck on it, St. Looie and Chicago!]). Shaved Rohanna's head during the game. She looks good, like the mutant child of Jean-Luc Picard and Sinead O'Connor. And despite all the prior defoliation, she still had more hair than I do. Beyotch.

Caturday Ro went to her daughter's for the day, and Dragonet and I went shopping. Found a cigar/booze store in Independence getting ready to move, and bought a bunch of good bheer on sale. And an excellent cigar. Watched the Royals lose, went to bed early.

Woke up to the loonie twins running the Catcus races over the bed. Finally shut them out and got some rest. inger came over to pick cherries. Ro went back to see family. D2 and I went to the local Costco for stuff we forgot, and picked up some Sailor Jerry spiced rum. After watching the Royals lose again, I spent some time on the porch enjoying the lovely afternoon with the Ghurka cigar I bought yesterday, and a bottle of Maudite (from Unibroue), which reminded me of good times with an absent friend.

While I was relaxing, a car drove past, and the driver had a white puppy standing up in his lap, with his front paws on the door and his head out the open windw, enjoying the hell out of the ride. I had to laugh, it was such a sweet sight.

Tried an experiment tonight that I had come up with a few days ago (not stolen from Crevette, I swear; it's just that great mimes walk against the wind alike) and mixed up some Sailor with Jones Cream Soda. Oh my nom, it's good. Now I just need to come up with a name for it.

This week looks to be just as slow as the last few at work, but there's a holiday at the end of it. Enjoy, all.

Well I have Jones Cream Soda and a bottle of Captain Morgan's -- I may have to try it.

Glad you like the Sailor. I was converted on the first bottle. Remember it's not feebly weak spiced rum like that 70-proof Captain stuff.
