Paula will be having a second surgery on her foot this afternoon to make sure all the dead tissue and infection was removed in the first round, and to get a better handle on the damage so that the best course of action for the future can be determined. No matter what, this is going to be a long haul for her. Continued good thoughts, etc. Somehow I doubt the music will bring much solace, but the rituals must be observed.
