Another schizophrenic weather week here in the Midwest (70˚ on Tuesday, 30s for the weekend). For those not done celebrating Charles Darwin's 200th birthday, I highly recommend the latest National Geographic, which has some excellent articles on Darwin's explorations in South America and some fascinating current research on gene expression as a major driving force in evolutionary development.
