Random 10+ for Oktoberfest Friday

drpaisleyDue to a combination of ennui and, well, ennui, I never got around to writing about last weekend's whirlwind of activity, which included Rohanna and I going to Lawrence for the monthly KanPoly meetup (with stops at ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
verminusrex's bagel stand and Dragonet's sister's store Brits). At he meetup, I received my wonderful socks made by tensigrity (which fit great, by the way. thanks again!). Rohanna and I rushed back home in time for the ConQuesT meeting, followed by the KaCSFFS meeting, after which we went to see the lovely and multi-talentedaerie13 perform at the Westport Coffee Shop. Good times all around.

And thanks to the KC Star, it looks like Rohanna and I will be going to see Brave Combo at Oktoberfest tonight (free pass for 2 sticker on the front of this morning's paper). Guess I'll have to dvr the debate, assuming there is one.
