But it was Oklahoma, 60+, Missouri 20-something. I really knew better than to expect the pussies to recover from losing to KU and be able to beat the team that whouldn't have even been in the Big 12 Championship Game (one must assume a fair number of voters intha various polls must have been from Oklahoma or some other state where reality doesn't apply, or else the fact that Texas, with the same record as Oklahoma, who defeated OU on a neutral field, would have influenced them). So now I'm going to haeve to listen to the trash talk between the transplanted Gator and the vertically-challenged Sooner for weeks on end. At least I'm not in Colombus to deal with one end of this blather live.

Trash talk? Moi? Never! I just let our playing do the talking :-> Seriously, I'm just hoping we *get* in the title game. Given how many one-loss teams there are, a couple of ESPN talking heads were saying that if they start looking at the losses rather than the wins, Florida might not even make it into the title game.

Now why would you think I was talking about you? Mayhap I know a Florida graduate who is living on one of the Martian colonies.

I'm sure there's something in Leviticus that allows trash-talking, if not on the Sabbath. And Florida, having beaten the only undefeated team (that isn't from a conference that no one cares about), has a pretty good shot at the championship game. I just wish the dorknozzles who voted OU ahead of Texas and Texas Tech would have a crisis of conscience and put one of them in the big game, because beating Missouri isn't that big a deal. Hell, KU did that!
